Scheduling Start of Project
Homeowner Decisions (Colors, Appliances, Cabinets, Doors, Carpets, etc.)
Ordering of Materials
Schedule Subcontractors

During Project
Second Payment (Usually 30 % of Total Estimate)
Owner Will Remove Fragile, Valuable and Easily Removable Items Out of the Work Area (Including Traffic Pathways)
Demolition
Steps of Project (Rough-in and Finish Carpentry, Sheetrocking, Plumbing, Electrical, Installation, Flooring, Painting, etc.)
Use of Customer/Lead Carpenter PROJECT LOGBOOK for Questions, Issues and Project Scheduling/Coordination/Progress Updates (When Customer Cannot Routinely Be Available On-site)
Project Substantially Completed
Third Payment (Usually 30%)
Project Turned Over to the Homeowner

After Progress
Final Project Completion
Final Payment (Remaining Amount Due After Completion and Additions/Deletions Associated with Change Orders)
Minnesota Statewide Roofing and Remodeling, Inc., Requests Permission to Use Customer as a Reference
Customers Tell Friends About Successful Project and Receive up to $500 for Referral
Customer Calls Us Again for Another Project
Phases of the Roofing/Siding Process - The process of roofing, siding, trim cover-up systems and other "Exterior" work is similar to the previously described remodeling process, but more compressed.
